Self Care Nonnegotiables

Hey Close Friends,

Today’s task is to create a brief nonnegotiable self care checklist. This will help us maintain our physical and mental health. It will help us to stay energized, productive, and focused during our daily activities. As well as manage stress, reduce anxiety, and improve our overall sense of fulfillment.

Here are my nonnegotiables:

  • Meditate for 20 minutes

  • Eat three times a day with no distractions

  • 20 minutes of movement

  • Phone in another room before bed

  • In bed by 10 pm
