Nighttime Routine

Hey Close Friends,

Let’s be honest, the pandemic definitely brought about some negative life habits that have been tricky to kick. One of my worst developed habits has been going to sleep WAY too late. Proper sleep is a MUST for me to snap into my Golden Era. SO, I have created a nighttime routine that I know I can commit to and am sharing with all of you to help hold me accountable. Nighttime routines provide structure and predictability, helping to maintain good sleep hygiene and a healthy lifestyle. Having a set bedtime routine can aid in relaxing and winding down for sleep which can help reduce stress and anxiety.

Here is my Golden Era Nighttime Routine:

  • Wind down starts at 9 pm

  • Phone plugged in in another room by 9:30 pm

  • Skin care routine

  • Teeth brushing

  • Dance

  • In bed by 10 pm

  • Journal

  • Sleep by 10:30 pm
